Beijing-based Architect Buro Ole Scheeren invited Front to assist with the development of an innovative façade for this 65 Floor, 880 ft (268 m) tower. Responding to the significant challenges of a tropical climate, Front helped to balance a performance-driven design with an elegant architectural language. The process was informed by a substantial pre-tender visual mock up (VMU) process that explored and tested potential façade configurations prior to procurement. With its close proximity to the iconic Petronas Towers, the project is an important addition to the city skyline.

The design includes a unique aluminum fin sun-shading system over a flush glazed unitized curtain wall system with integrated operable windows, mechanical louvers, and façade access rails. The sky level terraces and podium levels utilize frame-less glass window walls and balustrades.
