The gestural sweeping from of this new 22-floor, 58,000 ft2 (5,388 m2), hotel tower is distinctive along the Cooper Square skyline. The unitized floor-to-floor curtain wall, with integrated operable window units, displays opaque white spandrel glass and vision panels with an opacity gradient frit to achieve a smoky light-diffusing effect. Front consulted with the design team on the entire façade, including curtain wall, storefront, canopy and balustrade conditions, from schematic design through contract award.
