Wythe Hotel / 2012

ArchitectMorris Adjmi Architects

This 72-room hotel is an adaptive reuse of a turn-of-the-century factory building in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. The design preserves the historic brick street-front façades, while providing new glass window walls at the other elevations and at the new roof-top levels. Front consulted on the new construction during design development, including the aluminum window walls throughout the building, and provided support during the bidding stage of work.
