The gestural sweeping from of this new 22-floor, 58,000 ft2 (5,388 m2), hotel tower is distinctive along the Cooper Square skyline. Front consulted with the design team on the entire façade, including curtain wall, storefront, canopy and balustrade conditions, from schematic design through contract award.
